Add more detailed mail box logging for Dovecot

As a server administrator I would like to see cPanel ship the Dovecot MailLog plugin in order to allow the option of more verbose logging, which would allow a much easier investigation of any problems my users are seeing.

yes, logs of dovecot imap deleted files will be useful
