Add Max Mailbox Quota to Packages
Completed
I would like to see a Max Mailbox Quota setting added to Packages. That way we could create different Packages for different mail quotas.
For those that do not need this option, it would be nice to have a setting that disables the Unlimited Mailbox Quota in cPanel.
Both options would prevent users from forwarding their e-mails to another address and never checking their cPanel accounts. Thereby, filling up the hard drive with e-mails that should be deleted! It would also allow us to easily charge for more e-mail space just by upgrading their package.
Yes, that is a must in addition to other requests retarded to mails here in the features request. There are som nice ideas, requests here that should be considered and implemented.
Any chance we could get it any time soon? When?
Thanks,

Please give us this functions soon!
it is an important function
The comptition in hosting has started to see hosting companies giving unlimited hosting space and email accounts but cleverly limited the space of each email account created.
We need this function to start competitive!

With the trend toward unlimited or multi GB accounts mailboxes can growth extremely big. The problem is not with the size itself, but the millions of small files abandoned on the server increases the number of inodes and so the stress on the filesystem for nothing.

This is urgently needed, I have two servers choking on unread junk email.
I would like to see individual account max sizes, so for example if you enter 250mb into the max mailbox size, no mail box can be larger than 250mb.

This is a MUST HAVE feature!!! You can set user-defined all you want but if someone else using your cPanel can override it, what's the point? lol

This is a needed feature!! So many ghost email boxes using gb's of data for no reason when they could have had set limits.

I can't believe cPanel still does not have this, I see multiple persons requested this over the years. Every other control panel lets you set a maximum amount of mail quota per inbox. This is absolutely a requirement. Letting you limit the maximum amount of space a user can set for each email account. So if you set 1 GB for that plan, no email account can be over 1 GB.
