Add MariaDB 10.2 support

I would like cPanel & WHM to add support for the now-stable MariaDB 10.2, so that I can upgrade my existing database server to it.

That's true! It looks like we're planning to get this added in version 66, but I want to wait to see if it gets through testing before I make any promises. :)

Yes! 66 would be great! We understand the QA / testing process.

Please put on RELEASE TIER.

Json support it's important for too many developers, and the delay of adding this functionality, makes cPanel lose fame

Thanks.

Soon! 10.2 is being shipped with version 66, so it will get to RELEASE as version 66 enters release. We should be pushing to CURRENT in early July, and should hit the RELEASE tier middle-to-late July.
