MariaDB 10.1 is stable; I'm just wondering when it will be added to the WHM upgrade interface.

54 is currently scheduled to go to EDGE in a few weeks. You should expected CURRENT at the end of the 2015 or the first few weeks of 2016. RELEASE should come out at the end of Jan 2016 or early Feb 2016.

MariaDB 10.1.8 is the first GA release.

You could upgrade manually; but you need to update yum repository

Look at https://mariadb.com/my_portal/download/mariadb

and also (Centos) /etc/yum.repos.d/MariaDB100.repo

11.52 already has 10.1 upgrade support via API. 54 will make it available in the UI.

Thanks for the info. Could you tell me approximately when 11.54 will be released, as well as point me to instructions (or documentation) on upgrading via API?
