Add "Mailserver Configuration" to Configuration Cluster

This screen is different, depending on if you have dovecot or courier installed. Would it be ok to fail if one of the remote servers was not configured the same locally as this server?

Hi cPanel developers,

please add this feature, it's pretty basic as I can imagine web hosters would like to have similiar settings across their cluster. Please give us an update :)

+1 for this one, as this configuration is pretty the same for every member of a cluster.
