Add Mailpile as webmail option

https://www.mailpile.is/ is a new and secure mail application. It is still in alpha, but it looks much better than Squirrelmail, Horde and RoundCube offered as part of cpanel now.
I like this idea

We've definitely got our eyes on it. When MailPile releases a public stable 1.0 version, we'll get serious about including it in our stack. Until then, please consider supporting it (through code contributions or financial contributions or however else they require) so that they can reach their 1.0 release sooner.

I would love to see Mailpile in cPanel. The concept of Mailpile is really great and it also looks very pretty.
Unfortunatly it seems we still need to wait a bit before multiuser support getting implemented: https://github.com/mailpile/Mailpile/issues/820
