Add IPv6 to DNS Templates instead of using hardcoded defaults.

Based on ticket response:
As best as I can tell, we do not at this time implement adding of AAAA records with the DNS templates but rather through hardcoded logic in /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/IPv6/DNSUtil.pm. Clearly, this is not ideal, but if IPv6 support in the DNS template mechanism is important, please consider submitting a feature request to let the developers know to prioritize this aspect going forward as we improve the implementation

We changed this in 11.44. Zone creation uses the zone templates versus hard coded values. If you have customized templates, you'll need to update them to have the IPv6 records.
