Add IPs screen in WHM to pull the subnet mask from the server instead of displaying the default 255.255.255.0

As a Reseller, I want the Add IPs screen in WHM to pull the subnet mask from the server instead of displaying the default 255.255.255.0, so that the subnet mask is pre-populated when I add a new IP.

This request is for the Add IPs screen in WHM pertaining to the default subnet mask selection begin taken from the present ethernet adapter and also taking into account multiple ethernet adapters on the machine.

Note the Add IPs screen in WHM in version 11.32 does allow for manual customization of the subnet mask but this is not automatically retrieved from an adapter nor does it account for there being multiple adapters on the machine.

This was suggested by SoftLayer and we wanted to gather some public input about preferred implementation or if this was a good idea/bad idea.
