Add "FTP Server Configuration" to Configuration Cluster

This page differs based on if you have pure-ftpd or proftpd installed. Would it be ok to fail if some of the remote servers did not have the same ftp server as the master server?

+1 for this one, as this configuration is pretty the same for every member of a cluster.
