Add current PHP version to Easy Apache PHP Version step

Needs Review

It would be nice if the current PHP version was shown on this screen, just like the current Apache version is shown on the previous step.

I find myself always have to go somewhere else in cpanel to check the current version (usually Apache Status), so I know how far out of date I am from the latest offered minor release.

If anything, this would be make the screen more consistent with the Apache Version step in Easy Apache.

Your profile has Apache 2.4.12 chosen to build

Your currently running apache is Apache 2.4.12

As part of the implementation of the new role of Community Manager I'm going through some historical requests, and it looks like this one is specific to EA3. With the move to EasyApache 4 we're not considering feature requests for EasyApache 3 anymore, so I'm going to move this one to not-planned. If you have any questions about that, please do let me know!
