Add "cPHulk" to Configuration Cluster

Synchronize the whitelist, blacklist and settings of cPHulk to all servers in the Configuration Cluster
I like this idea

Is there nobody using the Configuration Cluster? I can think of many other thinks to add like EA4 config, Exim config, DNS templates, skeleton direcotory and so on.

It's like they didn't pushed it and only did basic config for this.
Would love to see many more configuration areas which to replicate to other servers.
