Add "Basic cPanel & WHM Setup" to Configuration Cluster

Arguably this screen is rarely edited after initial server setup. There are a few settings that are server specific that would have to be asterisked to be clear that their setting would not propogate:

  1. Ethernet device
  2. IP Address

This would be an excellent addition. We currently manually copy the base set up between servers.

You can copy the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file, which is the Tweak Settings items. You can also copy exim config and etc.

Hello, I bet it is safe to copy /var/cpanel/cpanel.config,.. but what about the exim configs?

Hi cPanel developers,

please add this feature, it's pretty basic as I can imagine web hosters would like to have similiar settings across their cluster. Please give us an update :)
