Add ability to remove items from the AutoSSL Pending Queue

As an AutoSSL administrator I sometimes need to clear AutoSSL requests from the pending queue.
There is not currently a way to do this within the AutoSSL pending queue interface.
Please add functionality to the AutoSSL pending queue that allows administrators to remove items from the pending queue.

Yes, its horrible when you look in the queue and there are sites which look like they are stuck or something. I end up having to raise a support ticket with cpanel and ask them to look at it.
