Ability to rotate out ftp domlogs even if log archiving is not enabled

As a system administrator, I want the ability to rotate FTP domlogs regardless of if log archiving is enabled or not.

Currently, FTP domlogs are never rotated if log archiving is not enabled. Only apache access logs are.

We want FTP domlogs to also be rotated out which stats processing run. regardless if log archiving is enabled or not. This is already done for apache access logs

Hey everyone,

This was shipped in v76! Now FTP domlogs will rotate regardless if "Archive logs in the user's home directory at the end of each stats run" is enabled or disabled.
