Ability to create a full backup in cPanel API 2

In cPanel API 1 you could create a full backup of a cPanel account using this function:

However this function appears to no longer exist in API 2. We request a way to generate a full account backup in cPanle API 2.

This call (and more) have been added to UAPI, rather than to cPanel API2, but I'm still going to mark this as complete. If there's a reason for specifying API2 that was more than 'Create it in a non-deprecated API', feel free to reach out!

Backup::fullbackup_to_ftp — This function creates a full backup via FTP to a remote server.
Backup::fullbackup_to_homedir — This function creates a full backup to the user's root directory.
