Ability to change date format in WHM

It would be great to be able to change the date format in WHM from MMDDYYYY to DDMMYYYY. I know you can change locals in cPanel, but searching through mail delivery reports, would be easier if we could use a format we are to in Europe.

International date should be :


YYYY-MM-DD


We are in europe too and would prefer the date to be DD-MM-YYYY


If cPanel want's to keep the American date format instead of international date format it would be nice for this to be configurable per locale.
