A better community powered Malware protection

Hi ,
This would be very interesting if you can create something like this where the known malwares are listed and users can report malwares through file manager .
And You guys will inspect the code and add it to the database .
Current ClamAV is not doing any good for me and I think it's cpanel's responsibility provide their customers a better security system .

Wouldn't it be easier to have a tool such as LMD (which is free and did a great job !) included 'as default' in cPanel's core ? Blocking filemanager uploads for infected files would be also a 'must have' if someone really cares about having a great panel.
