cPanel MySQL version confirmation during installation

The cPanel installer should have a dialogue box confirming the MySQL version that will be installed so the end-user hs a chance to adjust this if necessary during the install.

This portion isn't something we would be able to do. Once the database is established, downgrading gets more complicated.

Just SEO text for more admin to able to search this thread and vote it.

Understand that downgrade is not a good things, and we are not looking for it too.

Just wanna cPanel give us a more noticeable warning before any irreversible installation.
