Email Forwarder Creation Notification to Cpanel Owner Email

As a systems administrator, I would like a direct notification when an email forwarder is created to give notice to either the server owner or reseller that said forwarder has been created.

Add a notification option , so we will get notified when a forwarder is created .

On more than one occasion I have come across email accounts that have been compromised and have used webmail access to add a forwarder. The standard user who does not use webmail and does not access the cpanel does not realize and his mail is being monitored by someone external.
It would be a good idea that every time a mail forwarder is added, the server administrator or cpanel account contact is notified.
