Improvements to the WHM >> Terminate Accounts page

In WHM >> Terminate Accounts it would be nice if there were additional filter and search options. These could include the following:
- filter by owner (root, reseller)
- filter by status (suspended, active) (this already exists in the form of "show only suspended accounts")
- suspended on/before X date? - show the suspension reason & date as a tooltip, at least, when hovering over the status?

This is a great idea for an improvement to Terminate Accounts, what I'd actually like to see is that page go away and see that consolidated into the list accounts page with the filtering options that has. We've done some initial thought work on this, but I'd like to see more done next year.
