Ability to re-send notifications from WHM

When testing notification templates, or when a user says they didn't receive a notification, it would be nice to have the option to re-send the notification from the WHM interface.

This seems like a great option. I know that there has been some discussion around a notification center where you can see and review past notifications that have been sent, this seems like an extension of that feature.
