Add the % utilized to the quota modification page. It is a big time saver.

The Show All Accounts pages under quota modification should be the default view and should include the % utilized similar to the View Bandwidth Usage page. This would be a big time saving feature for users managing many accounts.

Percentages being shown on that show all view seems like a great option. Beyond that, I'm hoping to get a bit more information. How many accounts are you managing at once? When you go in to change quotas are you changing quotas for a subset of people on that view all pages based on some criteria? In an instance where they have an unlimited quota, would your expectation be that those are sorted to the top or bottom of a list by descending percentage of usage? Thanks in advance for any additional information.

I am small potatoes, I am only managing nine accounts. I look at each one individually each month to monitor for possible spam or hacked accounts consuming bandwidth and consuming disk space. Many of my accounts are tailored to demand and not set at specific rigid quotas. I do not allow unlimited quotas and do not need to sort; however, sorting on the percentage of quota utilized would likely be useful for others.
