Option to have Live Transfer disabled by default
Live Transfer simply doesn't work for some common use cases (e.g. transferring an account to a reseller that has a Shared IP address will result the website breaking immediately & the wrong IP address propagating).
While there is an option to disable Live Transfer individually for each account in the Transfer Tool, that's very error prone when you have a mixture of servers, some of which will work with Live Transfer & some of which won't (e.g. due to different types of reseller hosting on different servers).
And while Live Transfer *could* be improved to work in some of those use cases, such improvements are probably non-trivial, and it might be a long time (if ever) before those improvements are made.
I would therefore like to see a 'stop gap' solution that's extremely easy to implement - an option to have Live Transfer disabled by default (perhaps configured in Tweak Settings).

I know that we have a few Live Transfer bugs on our radar that we're working to shore up, but are there specific ones that make your situations more frustrating? Especially if you have associated case numbers.

I believe that Live Transfer is 'broken by design' (rather than an accidental bug), inheriting it's flaws from Express Transfer. See here:

More recently I also provided a length explanation in a cPanel ticket, which I can repeat here if necessary. I believe an internal case number was created (CPANEL-41086), but I don't know what details were included.
