time zone of wordpresstoolkit

I live in Japan, but when I back up my site using cpanel's WP Toolkit, the time in the backup name is displayed in UTC.
I hope the time in my country will be shown

Hey there! This sounds more like a defect than a feature request. I did confirm that WP Toolkit uses UTC time by default. This is configured in the /etc/sw-engine/conf.d/php.ini file on the machine, so you can edit the timezone there to change the behavior on your server.
I have opened case CPANEL-40955 with our developers so we can see if the behavior can be changed so WP Toolkit detects the system timezone and uses that without any manual intervention required.
