Hide dormant email accounts

Need More Information

Any size organization has staff come and go. I'm accumulating email accounts like dandruff, and it makes it increasingly difficult managing them. I should be able to hide dormant accounts.

In UK data rules mean stuff needs to be kept for long periods of time, but it doesn't need to clutter up todays data displays.

If you look at the image, there are accounts that are "restricted", these are ex staff. the email accounts have to be preserved for compliance with uk rules on data, but we are building up more and more of these accounts - it should be possible to have them at least automatically at the bottom of the list, or better on the display settings opt NOT to display restricted accounts - easy?
