Hi,
As an ISP I would like my users to be prompted to update their contract details, address, phone number and email, so that customer details are stored within their account and regularly updated and checked when they log into cPanel. I would like to be able to export this data into my own systems via API.

Thanks for your suggestion. Typically we refrain from storing any information about users in the system that we don't directly need to maintain compliances with global requirements like GDPR. It looks like WHMCS empowers you to do so in their client management, and would empower you to obtain that information through their APIs. I'm not familiar enough with their systems directly, but does this meet your need?
