As a system administrator I would like to have the possibility to give priority to systemwide cpanel webmail roundcube if there is serverload, so webmail clients do not complain about slowness of the webmail interface.

I prefer that the mailqueu grows a bit, or that antispam/antivirus would be of lower priority as the webmail.

Maybe possible at system level ?
