WP Toolkit: Move WordPress installations between accounts

It would be great if there was an option to move WordPress installations between cPanel accounts on the same server using WP Toolkit.

Agreed! Here is a scenario: I moved my site to another host, along with the Dot COM domain. I have a 2GB website that I could use as a development copy. I would like do buy the xyz TLD and move the site there, as a pure dev/test site/account.
