Return To Default WHM Settings

I think it would be a great feature if there was a setting in WHM to reset it to the default settings (or the settings it is first set to when WHM is installed. This would be be great for people, like me...LOL, who have maybe changed too many settings and get things back to working properly or who can't remember what that have already changed.


Having a log of EXACTLY what settings was changed would also be a great addition! :)

EDIT: I would be willing to provide a VPS for testing this feature.

Hello,

I'd like to explore this idea a bit more. Resetting WHM to default can be quite tricky because there may be things you would not want to reset to default once it is being used. Can you specify what areas of WHM would be safe to reset to default?

I have also heard the 2nd idea you suggested being useful: "Log the changed settings made by server administrator". Any additional thoughts on this?
