Allow versions 14 and 16 of Node.js

Already Exists

Currently cPanel only seems to support Node.js version 10. This has already reached EOL and I need versions 14 and 16 working for a new app that I had hoped to install with cPanel. Unfortunately, I have run into roadblocks at every point along the way. Why doesn't cPanel support a current version of Node.js? The whole field of web development is moving in this direction, and cPanel seems to be in danger of losing market share quickly...
