Discord Notifications

Since there is a Slack integration, I think it would be worth while to also do a Discord server integration. Most of our teams would rather use Discord over Slack and, as such, receive the notifications at Discord as well. We had something operational that allows the transit of messages from Slack to Discord using Zapier, but it is expensive and not worth the effort as you can not get a complete message due to the 2000 character limitation.
