Allow NGINX reverse caching to be configured to allow gzip and http2

Needs Review

As a cpanel user, I noticed turning on NGINX reverse caching slowed down my website. I found http2 and gzip was no longer used and not possible to turn on with optimize website. I would like for NGINX reverse caching to support http2 and gzip as apache does.

Great news, we've just released http2 support for NGINX reverse proxy caching. You can install it via EasyApache 4 or via command line by installing ea-nginx-http2. gzip is still planned but not released yet.
