As a cPanel User, I would like an interface where I can view all the main autoresponder settings at a glance, especially the start/end date and time on the “current autoresponders’ page. It would also help reduce errors if there was also an ability to create autoresponders for multiple accounts at once. Company-wide closures happen every year and this would create a simpler, less time-consuming process for updating auto-responders. Most importantly, this would help reduce errors that would be otherwise missed.
============
Autoresponders are really useful but difficult/impossible to fully test or debug (until it is too late). It would really help if you could see the main settings at a glance, particularly the start and end date/times on the "Current Autoresponders" page.
Editing each forwarder separately is very error-prone, but any errors could be readily detected if the "Current Autoresponders" page listed the start/end timestamps for each autoresponder.
Often all email address are changed at once (ie Christmas break Out of Office messages). It would be very helpful if an autoresponder could be made for all email accounts in one go. Then the details would all be right, but if individual changes were required, they could also be made.
I have an email account with a regular autoresponder on (and just one email address). I am about to go on holiday so I'd like to create a holiday autoresponder while also keeping this message (unpublished) so when I come back I can just untick the holiday one and tick the regular one. Toggling between two messages was possible with my previous provider.
