WHM & Config Server - cPanel IP Whitelist
I am using ConfigServer with MaxMind on my WHM service. I am using the CC_ALLOW_FILTER for restrict access to just a few countries. However, I want to ensure that I can update WHM without any issues. I have no IP in the CPHulk Blacklist.
But in the CPHulk Whitelist, I have these IP's:

Are these IP's used specifically for WHM/cPanel access for updates and installations?
