Update PostgreSQL to 12

As a System Administrator, I would like PostgreSQL updated to version 12 on cPanel servers running CentOS 7 in order to be up to date with the most current version.

I need your help. Can I update the PostgreSQL 9.6 to 12 in CentOS 7 CPANEL?

Any predictions for that? We are already in version 13 of PostgreSQL and I don't see any updates from cPanel.
