WHM Transfer Tool Exclude directories

As a server administrator I would like to be able to exclude files and directories when using the transfer tool, to avoid transferring data that I would rather not. Ideally this would be similar to the way that the cpbackup.exclude file works, which means that I could define this either for the entire server, or on a per-account basis.

For example if there was a file that could be created under the account or in the home directory called transfertool.exclude . The user could put the full path to a directory to exclude from the transfer.
