WHM should not display zones within 'Reset a DNS Zone' that did not originate on the machine

This is quite a simple case. Within Home >> DNS Function >> Reset a DNS Zone' we allow zones not created on the local machine ( think /scripts/adddns or brought in by dnsadmin ) that have no record on the local machine. We should lean on DNS settings from /var/cpanel/users/* for this data as without it we should have no expectation that a zone can be reset.


REPLICATION:


1) Create a zone, blkt.to, with /scripts/adddns


EX. /scripts/adddns --domain blkto.to --ip 208.74.120.121


2) Attempt to reset the zone.


3) You will see the following error:
