When User Suspends Domain, SHOW the reason for Suspending Domain

I have 3 domains, two I Suspended, through WHM Manage Account Suspension, as one of them Was getting Spammed. To stop that, I suspended the Domain. In this case the domain is not indexed, and, there are no apps completed for this domain yet, so it is no big deal. However, It would be advantageous if you show the reason for Suspension when someone, who knows it is there, tries to go to that domain.

That way it will not look like I have been bad, but that it was I that chose to Suspend the Domain.
