When suspending an account have /cpanel, /webmail, /whm, etc. redirects also go to suspended page.

When an account is suspended the owner can still go to http://domain.com/cpanel or http://domain.com/webmail, and still see a login page for these services. While they are unable to login, what I am requesting is a way to automatically redirect them to the suspended account page, whether default or custom, or a different page of my choosing.
