UTF8 support built into Pure-FTPD

Currently the build of Pure-FTPD in 11.36 is not compiled with UTF8 file name support. Can we please get "--with-rfc2640" incorporated into the configure flags by default ?


  1. --with-rfc2640 Enable RFC 2640 (UTF-8 encoding for file names)

    support (needs iconv)
