User Choice Not To Use 'System Quotas'

As a Single-Client System Administrator, I would like to be able to choose not to enable System Quotas without getting the fixed yellow message banner on the home page of WHM in order to possibly improve my server performance and also stop receiving warning messages about quotas when they are not applicable.

As a server owner I would like to choose not to enable System Quotas without getting the fixed yellow message banner on the home page of WHM.

My server will 'always' be a single client system, and there will 'never' be a second client.

I don't want to take any risks that there may be downtime when enabling the quotas.

Upon clicking 'Initial Quota Setup' we are immediately presented with a 'Warning' message, ending with the statement, "Proceed at your own risk".

CPanel may want to assess whether quotas should be strongly encouraged, or at least give us the option to remove the yellow warning banner. The current message always show on the home page of WHM: 'Filesystem quotas are currently disabled. Click to enable'.

I have also read in that quotas 'may' impact the speed of the server, compared to a system where quotas are not enabled.

Please create a switch or setting to remove the warning message.
