URL trigger to whitelist IP address

As a server administrator I would like an interface in WHM that would allow me to define a URL that, when access, would whitelist the accessing IP address in Host Access Control ( /etc/hosts.allow ) for the defined service (SSH/WHM/cPanel).

For example, in WHM I would define a URL of https://hostname/whitelistmyipforwhmnao. Then I would access that URL from my dynamic IP address of 1.1.1.1, and 1.1.1.1 would be added to /etc/hosts.allow and allowed to access port 2087.

Another example; in WHM I would define a URL of https://hostname/whitelistmyipforcPanelnao. Then I would access that URL from my dynamic IP address of 1.1.1.1, and 1.1.1.1 would be added to /etc/hosts.allow and allowed to access port 2083.
