Update default package to allow for more addon domains to be created by default

As a QA analyst, I'd like to be able to create an addon domain using the default values on the default package, so I don't have to go update it manually.

Currently, after you've created a cPanel account, you cannot create an addon domain if using the default package, until you modify the account to allow for more (e.g. unlimited) addon domains. The default is 0, though all other options, with the exception of "parked domains", are set to unlimited.

While it is trivial to setup a package for the account, consistency between the default limits (including "parked domains") might prove to be beneficial in testing.
