Transfer Tool to run another rsync pass just prior to changing IPs

As a web hosting provider, I would like the WHM Transfer Tool to run another rsync pass just prior to changing IPs.

Currently, the Transfer Tool does only a single rsync pass for the home directory.

For many accounts, especially medium to large accounts, account transfers can take many minutes or even hours, and by the time the single rsync pass is done, and the various addon domains created etc., some data would likely have changed on the source server, such as new emails being received on the source server that are not transferred to the destination server.

This of course results in unnecessary data loss and is not ideal.

The solution is very straightforward, which is to simply insert another rsync pass immediately prior to the IPs being changed near the end of the transfer process, which will help minimize any data loss that may occur with accounts transfers.
