Support API Tokens in Account Transfers

As a System Administrator, I would like time-limited API tokens to be added to cPanel & WHM in the Transfer Tool because they’re ideally suited for sharing temporary credentials in order to perform transfer requests.

As (time-limited) API tokens are now fully supported in both WHM and cPanel, it would make sense for these to be supported for requests made from WHM 'Transfer Tool', 'Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password' and associated API calls (https://confluence1.cpanel.net/display/DD/WHM+API+1+Sections+-+Transfers)

The time limited nature of API Tokens mean they're ideally suited for sharing temporary credentials in order to perform this type of transfer request.
