Stop transfer tool from making (stupid) decisions regarding mail routing

As a web hosting provider I would like the Transfer Tool to retain the mail routing settings (e.g.: Automatic, Remote, Local, Backup) settings when I transfer an account, so that it doesn't break existing mail flow and leave my customers angry, and so that I don't have to manually adjust my settings when transferring accounts.
