Stop showing other website domain names in every cpanel account

As a Web-Hosting Provider, I would like for cPanel users to not be able to see other website domain names in the

directory /home/username/.cpanel/caches/config/_etc_domainips___default_colon_with_one_space

In order to protect the privacy of other users on the server.

As of now, a cPanel user can go to this file in their cpanel and see every dedicated IP user on the server.

This is a privacy risk to list other websites inside a customer's cPanel.

/home/username/.cpanel/caches/config/_etc_domainips___default_colon_with_one_space
