Start server service deferred

As a Server Administrator, I would like the ability to delay the start of some services on startup, such as Apache, PHP or MySQL in order to have the applications loaded in sequence and reduce load time.

In same case maybe useful start some service like, apache o php, or mysql deferred for 1-2-5-10 mins. In my case i've a server that at boot load much ram from mysql. If i can defer the start of apache, php, the load time of my server maybe less.
