SSLCACertificateFile and SSLCACertificatePath

Please uncomment SSLCACertificatePath in the main httpd.conf file to allow CA signed certs for client auth.

In addition, I would like to see the directive SSLCACertificateFile added to the virtualhost to point to the CPANEL accound root.

Ex: SSLCACertificateFile /home/[cpanel-user]/caroots.pem

This would allow website owners to place their CA public root in the PEM file to allow client certs they sign to authenticate to the site.
