Specify the outbound IP for http(s) connections for accounts with a dedicated

Customers who perform banking operations in which they make API calls to banks are required to contact the bank to whitelist their websites IP address. However if their domain is on a dedicated IP, the IP address they must whitelist is the primary servers IP rather than their websites IP as that's where the API requests are being made from.

For ease of confusion with customers, it would be nice if cPanel offered the ability to enable outbound requests for websites to be constructed using the dedicated IP their assigned in cPanel.

Looking over mod_proxy, it doesn't appear to allow you to specify the source IP reverse proxy, only URL. However there may be other options I'm unaware of.
